How to Read a Bill
Text which is underlined represents the proposed changes or new language. Text which is struck through is to be deleted. Text which is not underlined or struck through is unchanged. References to V.S.A. are to specific titles and subsections of Vermont Statutes.

How to check the status of a Bill
