TTN: Landlords and Sellers in the S. VT region.
We are seeking a HOUSE to RENT/RENT TO PURCHASE or a LARGE APARTMENT in the Brattleboro/Guilford/Dummerston region of southern Vermont. START DATE: FEB or MAR 1st, 2008 MONTHLY RENT WILLING TO PAY: Up to $900 (WITH A UTILITY) Under $800 (WITHOUT ANY UTILITIES). OUR NEEDS: * Large enough for 2 ADULTS & 1 CHILD. * Washer/Dryer Hookups (A MUST! or WILLING TO INSTALL WITHIN SET TIME) * We have a 4 year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix (Dog). (Year-Round Heartworm, Flea and Tick Regimen. Spayed. CURRENT on vaccines. Registered with the town. Micro-Chipped. Non-Barker. Indoor. Kennel Trained. EXCELLENT references. FRIENDLY.) * 3 Year-old cat. (Spayed. Flea and Tick regimen. We either take her in the woods to pee or we do bi-weekly poo clean-up. She is on a year round heartworm and flea regimen as we are very into her being clean and pest free. We have references for her and us. We need a long term place and want to find a place we can stay until we buy a house or build a house in Brattleboro or nearby. My daughter is 9. I may have mentioned this. We need a washer and dryer and some flexibility with move in costs (1st + sec and work out the last months rent over the first three months or so.)
