Well kept, large 3 to 4 bedroom house in Montpelier. Hard wood floors throughout most of the house. Good size living and dining room and large kitchen. 1 large bathroom with tub/shower and two sinks. Plenty of storage space throughout house. 2 large bedrooms with closets, 2 smaller bedrooms or office space. Walk-in closet, attic, basement and garage (no cars, just storage). Porch and fenced in backyard with organic garden. Room for 3 cars in driveway and exterior painting is in process. Oil heat.

Rent is $975 + all utilities. No smoking. First, last months rent plus security deposit. Referrences and credit check needed.
