If you rent residential property in the City of Burlington, under City Ordinance the units need to be registered with the City.

There is a per unit fee for registering with the City.  Currently, the fee is $75 per unit per year.

The Code Enforcement Office handles the registration of the units and performs inspections of residential rental units.
