A collaboration of the Committee on Temporary Shelter (COTS) and the Burlington Housing Authority (BHA), the Rental Opportunity Center (ROC) offers professional assistance to those seeking and providing affordable housing.

ROC works to find appropriate matches between tenants with Section 8 vouchers and apartment owners.
ROC also supports individuals and families in retaining permanent housing, with the goal of preventing homelessness and increasing housing retention.
