Lease Forms
This section contains two residential leases and two commercial leases. One of the residential leases has been modified to conform to Burlington ordinances on security deposits and the Housing Board of Review.This lease has a BVT in the upper right corner of the first page. This lease should be used for Burlington residential rentals; the other residential lease can be used anywhere else in Vermont. There are no modifications required for commercial leases in Burlington. All the commercial leases can be used anywhere in Vermont.
