$ 380 per person/month to be a third roommate in the downstairs apartment of a duplex within walking distance of Johnson State College!
Two quiet JSC students are seeking a 3rd roommate for a lease which starts this summer (May-July...dates negotiable with current tenants) through summer 2009. Apartment has 3 bedrooms, common living room, bath, dining area/foyer, and kitchen. Current tenants have a friendly, trained cat. Tenants pay for electricity, cable, phone, internet - landlord (Amy) pays for the rest. During next winter, we will be utilizing a "greener" heating arrangement, with individual electric heating panels that are easy and inexpensive for the residents to operate, supplemented by oil-based hot water baseboard paid for by the landlord. Garbage removal, city sewer/water, plowing, and oil-based heat are supplied by landlord for $ 380 per person/per month.
