Attached below are all of the forms for lead paint. Included is the Vermont Annual EMP Affidavit, the Lead Paint Disclosure Form, the Lead Paint booklet, and poster. Lead Safe Vermont has also scheduled more Essential Maintenance Practices ("EMP") classes. EMP Classes are taught by the Vermont Housing Conservation Board Lead Program and not VAOA. Please note that the RRP training is not Vermont-specific and therefore can be taken in any location as long as the trainer is licensed by EPA. EMP Compliance Statement: As of July 1, 2008, Vermont law requires that owners of residential rental property and child care facilities built before 1978 complete a Compliance Statement after doing essential maintenance practices. Every 365 days, a copy of the completed Compliance Statement must be filed with the Department and wtih the property owner's liability insurance company. Rental property owners must also give a copy of the Compliance Statement to tenants. |
