Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that we appreciated the support you have given us since we joined the VAOA. We have significantly benefited from VAOA since becoming members a few months ago.
Among many benefits we have already received, tenant screening hits the highlight. We have avoided several pitfalls because we used the credit and court records screening options to weed out unsuitable renters which, on the surface, appeared promising. Prior to becoming members, we had fallen victims to a number of “smooth talking” tenants that turned out to be major problems. It was an expensive lesson we were not about to repeat.
By becoming a member of VAOA, we now have additional tools at our disposal to screen for better tenants.
